Hydro Excavation

Hydro excavation is the process of removing free flowing solids, such as aggregates, backfill and material surrounding pipes and sewers.

MTS remove all kinds of semi-solid material using high-powered vacuum units for hydro excavation.

We use pressurised water to loosen the material, which we then transfer by vacuum into a tanker for removal.

This is a more efficient alternative to digging out these materials and then removing them from site in a two-stage operation.

MTS vehicles are able to access hard-to-reach locations using additional vacuum hoses and eliminate the need for diggers and grab lorries.
