The level of teamwork, coordination, and commitment shown throughout the retrieval, repair, and reinstallation was outstanding. This was no small task, and it’s a great example of what can be achieved when everyone pulls together with a shared focus.

The fact the work was completed safely, to a high standard, and with the site remaining compliant throughout is a real credit to everyone involved. On top of that, reducing reliance on third-party sludge removal and delivering clear efficiencies and cost savings is a fantastic outcome for the business.

I just wanted to send a quick message to highlight how amazing Ryan Mackie really is. His prompt responses to my emails and the knowledge he has, has made me joining my role a few months ago so much easier. If anyone at SW ever has a query with MTS, I always recommend speaking with Ryan as you are guaranteed a polite, fast response answering your question, or directing you straight to the relevant person who can help.
