We aim to exceed all mandatory requirements and standards and undertake regular internal and external scrutiny. We are continuously audited from external sources, such as the Achilles Building confidence, UVDB, and Link-up schemes, and have 6 annual audits from the certifying BSI group.

We recognize that Health and Safety performance is not achieved by formal management systems alone. Detailed job specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are issued to every operator before the start of each project and these are shared with our Customers, closely adhered to on the site and monitored by our supervisory management team. The RAMS document is reviewed and modified as required to reflect any changes to the working conditions or activity requirements arising during the job. 

Site operation and reporting procedures continue to be improved so that operators now complete dynamic risk assessments daily before each job starts and a web based accident and incident reporting system (AaIR) allows managers to collate information in real time and prompts the instigation of any necessary investigations. AaIR also holds an information database comprising toolbox talks, safety alerts and other useful HSE guidance for easy access and use on future jobs.
