Description
This course is accredited by City and Guilds and is run by a Water Jetting Association qualified trainer. There is a mix of classroom and theory training. The candidates will discuss types of water jetting, water pressure restrictions and flow risk. On successful completion of this course candidates will be able to understand risk assessments relating to water jetting activities carried out in drains and/or sewers as well as identify correct PPE and use of safety clothing.
All candidates will receive a copy of the WJA Code of Practice, a quick reference guide, medical card and Leptospirosis Information card.
Please note: This course can only be attended as an additional to the one-day WJA Water Jetting Safety Awareness. If you already hold this and are booking as a renewal we need a copy of current accreditation in order to confirm booking.
This accreditation will last for 3 years if assessment is successfully completed.
